Future Aero Festival

On December 1 and 2, 2025, the Future Aero Festival took place at B. Amsterdam: two days where ideas, technologies, and leaders came together to discuss the future of aviation. From new aircraft concepts and emerging fuels to defense innovation, strategy, and new business models, this was the place where the industry looked ahead and where next steps were taken.
The festival took place in several venues, each with its own purpose. The main program, featuring speakers and presentations, took place at the Wiechert, set up as a plenary conference hall with professional AV equipment. For the reception, breaks, and lunch, guests moved to the B.1 lounge, where there was space for informal conversations and networking. The days concluded with drinks at Bar Bistro Bureau, where participants made new connections in a relaxed setting.

Day 1
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.:Welcome reception with barista-brewed coffee, tea, and water, served with muffins and cookies.
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Keynotes and presentations at The Wiechert
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Lunch featuring gourmet sandwiches, salads, and dessert.
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Follow-up program with pitch sessions at The Wiechert.
5:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Evening reception at Bar Bistro Bureau with drinks and appetizers.
Day 2
The same program, with an additional cocktail reception and awards ceremony at Bar Bistro Bureau.

Pitch Sessions & Presentations
Throughout the festival, presentations and pitch sessions served as the central theme of the program. At The Wiechert, participants attended inspiring keynote speeches and in-depth presentations, interspersed with short pitches from innovative companies. This format created a dynamic program that alternated between in-depth content and a fast-paced rhythm.
Thanks to the professional AV setup and technical support, every presentation was showcased to its fullest potential. From the stage and screens to the sound system and production: everything was set up to provide speakers with optimal support and fully immerse the audience in the story. This created an environment where ideas were not only shared but also immediately sparked conversation and interaction.
Networking
Between program segments, participants gathered in the B.1 lounge for a networking break. This space served as a central meeting place where conversations sparked by the presentations continued in an informal setting. With drinks and snacks within easy reach, the lounge offered plenty of space to connect, catch up, and make new contacts.
Closing Reception
After the main program concluded, the festival moved to Bar Bistro Bureau for the closing reception and awards show. In this relaxed rooftop setting, attendees not only caught up with one another but also reflected on innovations and achievements within the industry. With a stage, professional technical setup, and a festive atmosphere, this combination served as a fitting culmination of the event.
