Future Aero Festival

Conference

On December 1 and 2, 2025, the Future Aero Festival took place at B. Amsterdam: two days where ideas, technologies, and leaders came together to discuss the future of aviation. From new aircraft concepts and emerging fuels to defense innovation, strategy, and new business models, this was the place where the industry looked ahead and where next steps were taken.

The festival took place in several venues, each with its own function. The main program with speakers and presentations took place in the Wiechert, which was set up as a plenary conference room with professional AV equipment. For receptions, breaks, and lunch, guests moved to the lounge of B.1, where there was space for informal conversations and networking. The days ended with drinks at Bar Bistro Bureau, where participants made new connections in a relaxed setting.

Pitch sessions & presentations

Presentations and pitch sessions formed the backbone of the festival program. At The Wiechert, participants attended inspiring keynotes and substantive presentations, interspersed with short pitches from innovative companies. This format resulted in a dynamic program that alternated between depth and pace.

Thanks to the professional AV setup and technical support, every presentation was shown to its best advantage. From the stage and screens to the sound and direction, everything was designed to provide optimal support for the speakers and fully engage the audience in the story. This created a setting in which ideas were not only shared, but also led directly to conversation and interaction.

Networking

Between program components, participants gathered in the B.1 lounge for a networking break. This space served as a central meeting place where conversations from the presentations were continued in an informal setting. With drinks and snacks within easy reach, the lounge offered plenty of space to connect, catch up, and make new contacts.

Closing drinks

After the substantive program had concluded, the festival moved to Bar Bistro Bureau for the closing drinks reception and award show. In this relaxed rooftop setting, participants not only had a chance to chat, but also to reflect on innovations and achievements within the sector. With a stage, professional technology, and a festive atmosphere, this combination formed a fitting highlight of the event.

“I have rarely experienced such a smooth process. From the first Google search, I received a response within a day. That in itself is rare. But it continued that way: quick responses, active input, and nothing was too much trouble. Marije from the team was a rock. Even when I wanted to change things at the last minute, such as more visitors, a different evening program, extra AV, she just said, 'We'll fix it.' And they did."
