Bar Bistro Bureau.

Call it a bar. Call it a bistro. Call it your workspace. Or your living room. It's where our chef's dishes speak for themselves and where you eat at the table and drink at the bar. Or vice versa, if that's what you're in the mood for. Inside, we have a large bar that divides the space in two. From the open kitchen, chefs Sander van Weelden and John van der Maden overlook the seating area of the establishment. This space is completely flexible for drinks, dinners and (company) parties. The large doors can be opened in the summer, so that if desired, the roof garden can also become part of your event.

Upon request, it is also possible to rent Bureau in its entirety for private dinners and parties. We work standard with location rental and a turnover guarantee, both of which depend on duration and timing of the event. Soundproof panels hang between the windows that allow us to blind all windows very easily. We have also built a network with a wide variety of artists through our own programming and years of event experience. From DJ to live music, from background to sing-along.
