"We are very satisfied with using the venue at B Amsterdam for our event in May. The contact with the event manager was smooth and professional. The plenary part took place in a separate room, which was perfect for our needs, and the networking afterwards with tasty snacks in the restaurant was excellent. Since the weather was nice, we were also able to use the rooftop terrace, which was a great addition. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very successful experience!"

"Friendly & accommodating staff. Catering downstairs was excellent. The Front Desk ladies on duty during the day - amazing. Staff during lunch time and coffee breaks - amazing. Dinner was fabulous. Sander so patient and accommodating with all our last minute changes. A very special mention (and apologies for not getting their names): The New Zealand girl who served coffee in the room, she just knew who needed coffee! The gentleman who was with us yesterday at the end of the day when we were cleaning up (had a checked shirt on), thanks for suggesting we end our time at B-Amsterdam upstairs in Bureau and for organizing a last minute reservation. A tall blonde gentleman who served coffee in the room in the afternoon on Thursday and helped us clear the tables & got a ladder for us to get posters off walls. To Babette for covering on Thursday and to Sander in the restaurant, you have a great sense of humor and customer service! AND OF COURSE to you Annelotte. You came onboard just before the event and you have done nothing but bend over backwards for us. You truly are an assist to B-Amsterdam and I am sure you will go far in your chosen career. So on behalf of The Design Team and all the senior Shell leaders who attended, A VERY BIG THANK-YOU and I personally look forward to working with you all again."
